Order Placement and Acceptance
Orders may be placed by contacting our sales team. Litat reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
Artwork Submission and Approval
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and print-ready artwork. Litat will provide a proof for approval before production. The Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving proofs promptly. Litat is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the approved artwork.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing for services is outlined in our pricing schedule. Payment is due in full before production begins. Additional charges may apply for rush orders or design services. Late payments may incur fees and interest as specified.
Lead Time and Delivery
Estimated lead times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Litat is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Litat is not liable for any losses in transit from a third-party shipping company.
Color
Color variation from the digital media to the final printed job is possible. We will try our best in terms of color matching and ink density. Litat is not liable for the final appearance of a color.
Ink Adhesion
The material of a bottle will affect the ink adhesion level in the printing process. We will match the best possible inks for certain bottle materials to try to increase the ink adhesion level. Litat is not liable for any ink flaking incidents that occurred on the customer side after certain ink adhesion tests.
Quality Control
We follows strict quality control procedures. Litat is not liable for any damages or shortages.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Customer warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions for the provided artwork. Litat has the right to use Customer-provided artwork solely for order fulfillment.
Liability
Litat's liability is limited to the value of the order.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Litat may update these terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
Litat is not liable for events beyond its control.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
